Amplify.link launches new upgrade to empower independent artists & digital entrepreneurs. They democratise music, leveling the playing field for a growing wave of independent artists and digital entrepreneurs.
What is Amplify.link?
Amplify.link, the smart linking tool and digital marketing platform for artists has released an upgrade on the much loved beta version. This latest version builds on the previous capabilities focused at helping artists gain profile in a vibrant independent global music scene. The platform has enjoyed significant success since launching in 2018. Today, the platform has 80,000 users and has grown by 100% every 12 months. To date, 17 million fans have connected with artists’ music using Amplify.link. Fans using the service multiple times have made over 26 million connections. The smart linking tool has been used by established stars to boost their profile, including Darkoo and Joey Bada$$.
Amplify.link continues to bring massive value to artists, the upgrade providing unparalleled styling and branding options to create personalised music release links. A new pre-save feature allows artists to engage with and grow their audience ahead of a release. Fans are able to save tracks to their Spotify, Apple and Deezer libraries ahead of a launch, which are then automatically added on release day.
The Amplify.link launch brings new capabilities to the platform, including an overhauled analytics suite, allowing users to understand more about their fans at a granular level. In-depth analytics from Digital Service Providers (DSPs) and social platforms provide musicians with further insights into their audience’s listening habits.
Live Streaming & Digital
A new target audience for Amplify.link that grew rapidly during the pandemic was livestreamers. As this rising trend of consuming music shows no signs of slowing down, Amplify.link added multi-platform livestream links, allowing artists to schedule streams with countdowns across platforms so fans can decide where to tune in from.
Amplify.link also supports the growing cohort of digital entrepreneurs, from YouTubers to independent film companies, joining the creator economy. The new bio link tool, a simple to use microsite you can brand, allows creators to connect audiences to the full range of their content. Estimates put this global audience of creators at 50 million (Signal Fire).
Sam Bates, founder and CEO, at Amplify.link commented:
“Amplify.link’s continued growth shows that there is a hunger, from both artists, creators and fans, for genuine and meaningful connections across digital platforms. By improving our features with these new capabilities, we provide the tools and knowledge for these digital entrepreneurs to create, engage and grow,”

80,000 artists and creators currently use the platform to engage with their audience, 40% of which are located in the US. 8.2% are based in the UK, with the next most common locations including South Africa, Canada and Nigeria.
Over 17 million unique fans have used a link via Amplify.link. Amplify.link has been used in every country apart from North Korea.
