Commenting on the goals of the everlearning platform, Everlight’s Global CEO Rob Anderson said: “As a company our mission is to improve healthcare access and equity by providing access to high-quality radiology reporting twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, three hundred sixty-five days a year to hospitals in both urban and rural communities, regardless of size.
“The success of everlearning aligns with our goal to enhance healthcare equity by democratising access to radiology education. It promotes comprehensive professional development and supports the ongoing education and growth of radiologists worldwide at all career stages.”
This month Everlight is celebrating issuing over 15,000 CPD certificates. The catalogue covers a wide range of topics, including imaging of acute stroke, polytrauma, inhalation lung injuries, bowel ischaemia, and musculoskeletal sports injuries, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all body parts.
Founded in 2017, everlearning initially focused on providing internal learning opportunities solely for Everlight Radiologists. The overwhelmingly positive feedback quickly emphasised the need to make the resources accessible to the wider radiology community. This insight spurred its evolution into a comprehensive virtual learning environment, which continues to expand to meet growing demands.
After making such an impact in the sector, everlearning has been nominated for a Best Learning & Development programme award in this year’s UK CXA Awards
Speaking on the success of the everlearning programme, Everlight’s Clinical Director and Head of everlearning UKI, Dr Allan Andi said: “At Everlight, we’ve been fortunate to effectively adopt technology-enhanced learning, broadening access to high-quality healthcare education worldwide.
“As part of the global healthcare community, we recognise our responsibility to contribute to the collective benefit while also focusing on the development of our local workforce. While in recent years we’ve made significant strides, we’re committed to further expanding our efforts to foster new relationships and collaborations.”
