Kingsley Napley is pleased to announce that Glafkos Tombolis has joined the firm as a partner in its Corporate, Commercial and Finance practice.
Glafkos arrives from Deloitte where he has been a partner since 2021. Prior to that, he was a partner at Kemp Little for 9 years and earlier at Charles Russell Speechlys, having started his career at Freshfields.
Glafkos advises corporate, institutional and private clients on private and public M&A transactions, private equity investments, joint ventures and general company law matters.
He has significant experience in private M&A transactions in the healthcare data and enterprise software sectors and has acted for corporations operating in cybersecurity, retail, financial regulation and digital marketing. He also advises on risk & compliance issues and on the application of national security/foreign direct investment laws.
