SPCE Group is delighted to announce the development of the Lite platform. Lite is transforming the marketing, advertising and listing of all private sector housing for universities and their students. Each student has the availability to download the mobile app to improve their student experience to assist with securing their accommodation.
Lite is a highly scalable and resilient mobile based platform which accommodates a vast array of private sector housing options, including properties from private landlords, estate agents and larger purpose built student accommodation providers (PBSA’s)
SPCE Group was appointed by the University of London to design a platform for their 180,000 students studying at their partner institutions, including LSE, King’s College and UCL, representing 20% of UK Higher Education.
In partnership with the University of London, we have now further developed the platform launching Lite, for university clients, seeking a straightforward, cost effective solution to facilitate introductions and enquiries between students and private housing providers.
