Yudonpay Reach 400k Registered Users

Yudonpay, an innovative app which helps customers simplify how they carry their loyalty points from leading brands, shops and supermarkets has recently reached the milestone of 400,000 registered users, achieved in just one and a half years since going live.

The app has more than 600 loyalty clubs in a single virtual wallet. It was launched commercially in September 2017. In just one and a half years, it has got 400k registered users and more than 600k downloads.

Yudonpay is a mobile app that helps users digitise their loyalty cards and always carry them in one single place in a very simple way. They just need to write the card´s name in the search engine or check the list of categories (airlines, banking, fashion, gas stations, etc.) and add it from there.

Moreover, it allows them to have control of their points in real time and enjoy promotions and exclusive discounts. It can be downloaded for free on Android and iOS.

Yudonpay was commercially launched in Spain in September 2017. Since then they are already showing their clear presence in Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru and the UK.

In the UK, more than 44.000 people use the app. Of all of them, 24.90 % use Android compared to 75.10 % that use iOS. The total number of cards added is more than 84 000. Of all of them, 17.20 % are in Android terminals compared to 82,80 % in iOS. For the UK market, the clubs with the most cards on their books include: Tesco Clubcard, Boots and Nectar. Furthermore, the highest volume of registered users are in the categories of cosmetics and perfumes, supermarkets and restaurants.

51.38 % of Yudonpay´s users have added a cosmetic and perfume card. On the other hand, 47.15 % belong to a supermarket club and 22.07 % have a restaurant card in their digital wallet.

Within each category with the highest number of users, we are able to identify which clubs have the most registered users. For cosmetics and perfumes: Boots, Superdrug and Morrison’s. For supermarkets: Tesco Clubcard, Holland & Barrett and Co-op. Lastly, for restaurants: Costa, Nando´s Rewards and Subway SUBCARD.

Yudonpay has the option of one-click Registration to enable users to sign up to the loyalty clubs easily. To sign up, you only need an email address and a password. The clubs with the most one-click Registrations are: Tesco Clubcard and Kiko KISSES.
