About Bound to Prosper
Bound to Prosper launched in September 2021 with a mission to work with brands helping people live better lives and prosper. Founded by Lydia Hoye, the remote agency brings together a team of communicators who share that ambition. Regardless of industry or sector, when a brand’s mission matches our own, we can help accelerate its growth and raise its profile.
This focus spans health and wellness, food, drink, lifestyle and technology, with clients including Wild Nutrition, Protein Works, Lightspeed, Planted, Once Upon a Farm, UGREEN and Potentially AI.
Our services combine PR strategy, digital PR, earned media, influencer, events and thought leadership. Through our ‘Earned Performance’ approach, we connect storytelling with search visibility and AEO, helping brands build credibility wherever people discover them.
Building the business has demanded resilience. We needed to earn trust in a crowded market, balance investment in talent with financial stability and build a connected culture without a shared office. We responded through senior involvement, becoming a client partner and shared accountability.
Industry research states 35% of new PR companies close within five years, but five years on, we have repaid our startup capital loan in full and built a profitable agency. Revenue increased every year between 2022 and 2025, growing 94% overall. Profit is forecast to increase by over 200% in 2026.
Annual client retention of 80% demonstrates the strength of our partnerships. Two additional hires this year have increased our team by 40%.
Our Community First PR approach starts with people. What matters to them? Who do they trust? The answers shape campaigns that turn audiences into customers.
For Wild Nutrition, The Future of Perimenopause report brought together wellbeing and lifestyle experts to build authority in the menopause conversation. An exclusive with The Times and a media event helped deliver a 35% subscriber increase and 79% share of voice.
For Planted, the Meat in the Middle Café combined food discovery with a dating app partnership, generating more than 120 pieces of coverage and an organic social reach of one million. The activation also helped secure a first major supermarket listing. Community, creativity and commerce worked together.
We apply that same people-first thinking internally. Our remote model gives the team flexibility, enabling the agency to bring on talent from across the UK, while our Teal organisational structure centres on autonomy, shared responsibility and an evolving common purpose. People have a voice in how we work, take ownership of decisions and contribute beyond a fixed job description.
Our contribution to PR is practical: connecting brand purpose with commercial performance, making digital discovery part of reputation building and showing how a small, empowered team can deliver ambitious work.
Bound to Prosper has built a growing business around a belief: brands that improve everyday life deserve communications that help them thrive. We bring the curiosity to find their story, the creativity to make people care and the commercial discipline to turn that attention into brand growth. That’s what being Bound to Prosper means.
