About Tradebyte

Founded in 2009, Tradebyte empowers fashion and lifestyle brands and retailers to digitalise retail and drive sustainable growth. Its innovative SaaS solutions and modern ecosystem support more than 1,000 leading brands, including Asics, Puma, Jack1t, Tom Tailor and Marc O’Polo, to unlock potential and reach new audiences and markets. By integrating into Tradebyte’s network of over 90 top fashion and lifestyle marketplaces such as Amazon, Zalando, and TikTok Shop, brands can deliver seamless direct-to-consumer (DTC) experiences, attract new customers, and scale sales.

The problem

With marketplaces now representing over two-fifths of the EU’s £322.6 billion annual non-food e-commerce sales, success depends on accurate data, integrated operations, and fast 3x3cution. Selling across multiple channels and markets is messy, however. Brands face three persistent barriers:
*Fragmented systems for stock, product, and order management.
*Error-prone manual processes that create overselling, delays, and costly inefficiencies.
*Limited visibility into performance, making growth decisions guesswork.
*Most SaaS tools solve one slice of the problem. Tradebyte addresses the full complexity, without bloating into areas like logistics or payments.

The solution

At the core is TB.One, Tradebyte’s SaaS platform that unifies marketplace operations into a single control room. It centralises product data, syncs stock in real time, and automates error detection. Intelligent mapping ensures compliance with marketplace rules, boosting visibility and sales. Mass enrichment tools and dashboards cut manual work and turn data into strategy.

2025 has seen two major launches:

*TB.360 Pro: a next-gen analytics suite giving brands visibility from SKU level to full-market benchmarking, and integrating directly into BI or ERP systems via APIs. Customers like Tom Tailor use TB.360 Pro to cut returns, optimise assortments, and accelerate time-to-online.
*Shopify Integration: a first-party, plug-and-play app connecting Shopify stores to 90+ marketplaces without development work. It unifies DTC and marketplace sales in one dashboard and syncs inventory automatically. As Shopify’s Head of Alliances EMEA put it: “It simplifies the complexity of multichannel growth and enables merchants to seamlessly expand their reach while maintaining control.”

Results

In just 18 months, Tradebyte customer Jack1t overcame Brexit barriers to launch 31 live channel connections across 14 European territories, surpassing €11 million in GMV and achieving 107% year-on-year growth – proof of Tradebyte’s ability to drive expansion even in the most complex trading environments. To date, more than €6 billion in GMV has been processed via Tradebyte-powered connections, with over 1,000 brands live across Europe’s leading marketplaces. Early adopters of TB.360 Pro are saving days each month on reporting cycles while gaining actionable insights, and Shopify merchants are cutting onboarding times from months to just days.

Focus

Tradebyte is not a front-end shop system, a logistics provider, or a payments platform. It does not try to build everything, instead maintaining a tight focus on integration, insights, and control – the backbone of sustainable digital commerce. By removing fragmentation and unlocking visibility, Tradebyte ensures brands can grow profitably today and adapt confidently in the years ahead.
