5app was founded in 2011 with a clear ambition: to make workplace learning more effective, engaging and accessible through technology. What began as a simple learning management system (LMS) has evolved into a connected learning technology ecosystem that supports organisations across the entire learning and development journey.
At the centre of the ecosystem is The Hub, an award-winning LMS which gives organisations a flexible platform for managing, delivering and tracking learning.
As the needs of modern workplaces have evolved, so has the 5app product portfolio. AI authoring tool VeeCreate uses AI to help organisations create high-quality learning content faster, while VeeCoach uses AI to provide personalised coaching and development support at scale. Most recently, 5app introduced Helix, an AI-powered skills intelligence platform designed to help organisations understand the skills people demonstrate through their everyday work and turn those insights into meaningful development opportunities.
One of the biggest challenges 5app has overcome is the changing nature of workplace learning itself.
