InTouchNow.ai is the evolution of a 30-year family business of InTouchNow based in Hertfordshire by the Park family.

Originally operating as an outsourced customer call centre, the team reached more than 300 staff combined in-house and located across the UK, working with lawyers, recruiters and indeed, doctors. This led to additional businesses including Dictate Now, helping doctors to dictate their notes, using technology and the latest startup, InTouchNow.ai, which is being championed by the son and the original founder, 36 year-old Daniel Park.
