Where it all started

AnswerConnect was first established in 2002 as the customer service department for C T I Long Distance. We weren’t satisfied with the traditional fixed-location model of work. We wanted a world where employees didn’t have to wake up early, to commute to a gray office and fit life around work. Above all, our mission was driven by the knowledge that we couldn’t continue with business as usual, where people drive long distances to and from work and burn carbon in the process.

Harnessing the novel power of the internet, we embraced a work-from-Anywhere model that allowed our team to ditch the office and work from home.

As the business grew, we added new technologies and services to both support our growing customer base and our employees. Many of these new technologies – including the AnswerConnect instant messaging app, video-calling software and appointment scheduling, are developed in-house to ensure maximum compatibility with our answering services.

We operate with a distinct focus on eco-friendly business practices. Through our partnership with Trees For The Future, we plant a tree for every customer and every employee, every month.
