About CoachHub

CoachHub: Democratising coaching globally

CoachHub is a digital coaching, transforming how organisations empower its workforce through personalised, scalable coaching programmes. Founded in 2018 by entrepreneurial brothers Yannis and Matti Niebelschütz, the platform has quickly become a category leader, boasting a presence in 90 countries with services available in over 80 languages. Its commitment to innovation and quality has continued to drive growth and success.

Origins and vision

The Niebelschütz brothers were inspired by their entrepreneurial roots, beginning with their childhood project “Picobello,” a self-published magazine. This early venture sparked a lifelong passion for business and innovation, culminating in the creation of CoachHub. Their vision was to democratise access to coaching, making it available to professionals at every level of an organisation, thereby supporting employee wellbeing and development on a global scale.

Challenges and resilience

Like any ambitious enterprise, CoachHub faced numerous challenges. Establishing a global platform that balances scalability with personalisation required substantial investment in technology and talent. Convincing organisations to embrace digital coaching, especially before the widespread adoption of hybrid work, was another hurdle. However, the pandemic underscored the value of remote, personalised employee development, accelerating the adoption of its services.

Additionally, CoachHub’s rapid growth meant navigating the complexities of international expansion. By acquiring platforms such as MoovOne and Klaiton Coaching, CoachHub integrated local expertise to strengthen its presence in Europe and Asia. Its innovative spirit also helped them address industry challenges, with advancements like AIMY™, an AI-powered career coach launched in 2023.

Global Impact

CoachHub has profoundly influenced the coaching industry by making high-quality coaching accessible and measurable. Organisations such as Virgin Atlantic, BBC and easyJet rely on the platform to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and leadership capabilities. Its Coaching Lab, grounded in scientific research, ensures evidence-based methods underpin all programmes, setting new standards in professional development.

Its commitment to sustainability is another defining feature. CoachHub achieved carbon-neutral certification by utilising green servers, running digital sessions remotely, and supporting reforestation initiatives. This focus on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles aligns with its mission of fostering positive global change.

Growth and Innovation

By 2022, the Company had raised $330 million in funding. These funds supported geographic expansion and technological advancements, including the integration of conversational AI. The company’s workforce has grown to over 400 employees, reflecting its commitment to providing cutting-edge solutions at scale.

CoachHub is dedicated to helping companies foster Inclusive, human-centric work environments, for example, its pro-bono coaching for aid organisations and mentoring for startups exemplify its ethos of giving back.

2025 and beyond

As organisations continue adapting to hybrid work, the demand for digital coaching solutions like CoachHub is set to grow. The company’s ability to combine scientific rigour, technological innovation, and a people-first approach ensures its lasting impact on both individual careers and global business landscapes.
