About The Consumer Voice
I started The Consumer Voice softly ten years ago but it’s only now that I’ve decided to invest time, effort and more funds into making it what I envisaged and it’s created a snowball effect as there is a lot of demand for what The Consumer Voice has to offer.
It is a bridge between consumers and brands, in an AI world, it creates the personalisation needed to allow brands to listen to their customers and act on their feedback, to show they really care. On the customer side it allows customers to have their say on their favourite brands, what they’re doing right, doing wrong, and how they make them feel. It gives brands all the tools needed to excel, to attract and retain customers while also making customers feel thoroughly valued and respected.
As the cost of living increases customers need to know their money is well spent and appreciated and we make sure it is. Brands need a connection with their customers so they don’t lose sight of who is making their company grow. Alongside this we donate to many charities, have fundraisers, competitions and release the latest news along with money tips, investing tips and much more.
