Jagged Edge, part of technology, media, and creative agency Anything is Possible, is an AI-first innovation consultancy that helps businesses transform tech disruption and innovation challenges into meaningful growth benefits.

We launched in November 2024 to show UK and US brands how an AI+ perspective can build the businesses of tomorrow. Focusing on building bespoke AI tools, we deliver practical training programmes and technical stack design, and help businesses redefine their future by harnessing innovation.

Since our launch, the business has borne considerable fruit for education clients, at a time when they face an existential point with evolution and funding. Particularly for our client, Sheffield Hallam University, where the marketing team’s historical performance sat in dispersed reports, impeding planning. Performance data benchmarking was unclear, there were accuracy risks, and analysis relied on consolidating data from multiple stakeholders and sources.

Our solution to these problems was to design a controlled AI-assisted workflow to analyse historical data, end-of-campaign reports and planning. This allowed us to identify what worked and what didn’t, capture benchmarks, document governance to mitigate accuracy risks, and share findings in concise planning summaries.

This approach yielded great results:

We have also launched other cutting-edge tech tools this year, as part of our aim to help move the industry forward.

These include Leap VQ1, a breakthrough feature that harnesses AI to transform how brands analyse and optimise video advertising within our end-to-end campaign management platform. The tool tackles the challenge of generating assessments at speed and delivers actionable insights for fast-paced campaigns. By turning around analyses quickly, VQ1 saves our clients both time and money.

Most recently, we launched EduIndex, the UK’s first independent ranking of universities’ visibility across leading AI platforms. The index benchmarks how institutions are seen, cited, and surfaced by models including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot, DeepSeek, and Grok. It was developed in response to AI becoming a primary discovery layer for prospective students, researchers, and international audiences, changing how people search, learn, and make decisions. The index aims to tackle the growing visibility gap.
