I am Maryna Hradovich, Co-Founder and COO of Maestra, an AI-powered personalization platform rebuilding the digital infrastructure of e-commerce.

Maestra was built to prove that growth and responsibility can coexist. We created a unified data layer at the center of a brand’s infrastructure — one that fuels AI to deliver intentional, real-time communication across email, SMS, and on-site experiences. My conviction that systems can be redesigned comes from lived experience.
I moved to the United States from Belarus barely speaking English, with very limited resources and no network. I took whatever work I could to support myself, then studied with total focus to become fluent. When I applied to Penn State, I was told it was unrealistic. Within two months, I passed the required English proficiency exam and earned admission.
Still in university, I joined the Semrush team as one of the first U.S. hires. I helped scale the company from early-stage startup to a New York Stock Exchange-listed business generating more than $300 million in annual revenue, building sales, partnerships, and customer success operations from the ground up. That journey taught me a lasting lesson: sustainable growth does not come from pushing harder. It comes from understanding people better.
In 2021, I co-founded Maestra to apply those lessons at the infrastructure level. Beyond building the company, I mentor early-stage SaaS founders through Stage 2 Capital and GTMfund, expanding access to go-to-market expertise. Technology should reduce friction, not create it. It should build trust, not erode it. Through Maestra, we are demonstrating that when AI is embedded responsibly into existing systems, growth and ethics reinforce each other — and that a more human version of commerce is possible.
