Challenges Overcome
Building a tech-first company in an industry historically driven by emotion and aesthetics meant bridging the gap between technology and beauty—proving that data and community-driven insights can be just as influential as celebrity endorsements.
The biggest challenge? Disrupting a market dominated by paid media and brand sponsorships. The beauty industry is built on influencer marketing, glossy ad campaigns, and paid partnerships, making it difficult for consumers to distinguish genuine recommendations from sponsored content. ON Beaute® changes that. We are setting a new industry standard where trust, data, and real consumer opinions drive purchasing decisions—not marketing dollars.
On a personal level, scaling a fast-growing tech company while being a full-time working mother has pushed me to master efficiency, resilience, and leadership in ways I never expected. Juggling meetings, product roadmaps, and school drop-offs in the same day has only sharpened my ability to operate at a high level—and build a company that is both mission-driven and commercially scalable.
Plans for This Year
This year, ON Beaute® is scaling. We are building and rolling out our retail integrations to increase conversion rates for brands and retailers; ultimately embed our review system directly into e-commerce sites, ensuring that consumers get trusted, data-backed insights right at the point of purchase. Our platform is designed to shorten the path from research to purchase, giving retailers a higher ROI on every marketing dollar spent.
We are also expanding our strategic partnerships with industry experts to strengthen our brand equity and reputation even further.
