About Victoria Repa
Victoria Repa is the CEO & Founder of BetterMe, a leading health & wellness platform with 150M users worldwide that offers a tailored holistic approach to well-being. She is also a certified Health Coach, Pilates Instructor. Victoria was the first Ukrainian who was selected among thousands of applicants to participate in the Apple Entrepreneur Camp. In 2020, she was included in the Forbes “30 under 30” Europe, Technology category.
Victoria Repa was born and grew up in a small village with just 500 people near Donetsk, Ukraine. Despite limited exposure to technology and innovation, Victoria pursued a successful career in the tech sector.
Driven by personal pain, Victoria founded BetterMe in 2017. It has grown from a Facebook community with three team members to a global company with 500+ employees and a 20M online community that empowers millions of users worldwide.
Victoria’s mission is to make healthy lifestyles accessible to all, offering long-term health benefits with the following tools. Thus, BetterMe: Mental Health offers users tailored day-to-day practices based on their individual needs; with BetterMe: Health Coaching, users can build a healthy lifestyle whether they are seniors, pregnant women, people who use wheelchairs, etc. The BetterMe Store promotes inclusivity with activewear designed for various body types and activities.
Victoria deepened her expertise by earning an Institute for Integrative Nutrition Health Coach Certificate in 2022 and becoming a Certified Pilates Instructor in 2023. She also holds IIN Health Coach and APPI Pilates Instructor certifications and launched a personal Health Coach Training Program Scholarship with IIN.
Victoria Repa is actively promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts in the health & wellness sector, striving to make these products accessible to everyone, regardless of age, gender, physical ability, or background. Her leadership reflects a commitment to social responsibility, supporting LGBTQ+ communities, and empowerment programs for Black individuals.
As a company headquartered in Kyiv, Ukraine, BetterMe also aids stress management and supports those affected by the full-scale war. Thus, BetterMe: Health Coaching has launched Limb Loss Workouts and Recovery Workouts with the assistance of qualified experts. The company has also collaborated with local NGOs, WHO, and UNICEF offices to launch initiatives aimed at improving the physical and mental health of the nation. Since February 24, 2022, the company has provided mental support tools for more than 3 million Ukrainians.
