You were one of our judges for the women in tech competition, how was judging?
Incredibly inspiring. The level of innovation and impact from the entrants was impressive, but what stood out most were the companies that could clearly articulate their mission, results, and differentiators.
What advice do you have for women wanting to start their own companies?
Start now. Validate your idea, find your market, and build something people truly need. Surround yourself with the right people—mentors, investors, and a strong support system. Execution matters more than perfection, so take the leap and iterate along the way.
