About Simpro Group

Simpro Group is the AI first operating platform for the field service trades, helping contractors, technicians, and field crews get paid faster, run smarter, and grow stronger. The company supports more than 24,000 trade businesses and 450,000 users worldwide across Simpro, BigChange, AroFlo, and ClockShark.

Simpro is focused on one of the most important but overlooked segments of the economy: the field service trades. These businesses keep buildings, infrastructure, and essential services running, yet many still operate with fragmented systems, manual workflows, delayed payments, and thin margins. Simpro was built to change that by applying AI where operational complexity is high and the need for measurable business impact is immediate.

One of the biggest challenges Simpro is helping solve is the gap between how critical these businesses are and how little room they have for error. Many field service trade businesses still face margin pressure, labor constraints, and administrative work that limits growth. Simpro approach is not to layer generic AI on top of these problems, but to build AI directly into the workflows that drive profitability, from scheduling and dispatch to documentation, invoicing, and collections.

That strategy is now visible in Simpro latest launches. In April, the company introduced Fast Cash, an agentic AI solution built to take ownership of accounts receivable workflows for contractors and field service businesses. Fast Cash automatically follows up on invoices, adapts to customer behavior, and resolves routine payment issues without adding back office headcount. The impact is measurable: 34 percent faster payments and an 85 percent reduction in processing costs, helping field service trade businesses improve speed to cash and reduce administrative drag.

In May, Simpro launched Lightning, its AI native operating platform for the field service trades. Lightning rolled out across Simpro, AroFlo, and BigChange, with Cooper at the center as the AI brain of the platform and four AI agents built to support technician training, job preparation, documentation, and customer communication. This is the largest single product release in company history and marks Simpro transition from a portfolio of field service management tools to a unified AI first operating platform. Lightning is designed to compress onboarding from 12 to 16 weeks to days, raise first time fix rates from 75 percent to 90 percent or more, and cut billing disputes by up to 40 percent.

Together, Fast Cash and Lightning show the kind of impact Simpro is making on the AI industry: moving AI beyond demos and copilots into real operational and financial outcomes for the field service trades. Simpro is proving that some of the most meaningful AI innovation is happening not in theory, but in the systems that help trade businesses work better, protect margins, and turn completed jobs into revenue faster.
