About Brainify.AI
Brainify.AI is a New York– and Dubai–based brain measurement platform making brain health objective, scalable and clinically actionable across healthcare, pharmaceutical research, longevity and wellness. It combines portable EEG, large-scale datasets and AI to turn a short, non-invasive recording of neural activity into clear measurements and usable reports.
Founded in 2021 by Mariam Khayretdinova and Ivan Mishanin, the company tackles one of the hardest problems in neuroscience: the brain is still difficult to measure consistently outside specialist laboratories. Conventional EEG is complex to operate, results are fragmented across institutions, and small datasets hold back the development of reliable biomarkers. Brainify.AI has built integrated infrastructure that standardises brain data capture, structures multimodal clinical data, and applies AI to surface patterns conventional approaches miss.
That infrastructure is already in production. Biotech and clinical-stage partners — including HB Bio, Negev Labs and Newleos Therapeutics — use Brainify.AI’s Datahub and Foundational Brain Model to support drug development programs in PTSD, generalised anxiety disorder and Parkinson’s disease, spanning biomarker discovery, trial design, patient stratification and real-world evidence. The platform draws on data from 2.7 million patients and 500,000 brain scans, calculating over 30,000 brain markers per scan, with a Foundational Brain Model pretrained on more than 150,000 subjects. For healthcare providers, the same infrastructure enables standardised brain assessments using portable equipment and minimal specialist training.
In 2026, Brainify.AI extended this infrastructure into Brainify.AI Longevity, a sub-10-minute brain wellness assessment built for premium longevity, wellness and hospitality settings. Clients receive a Brain Wellness Report covering brain vitality, brain age, stress resilience and cognitive clarity, with results matched to relevant on-site services — turning a measurement into a personalised next step. Brainify.AI Longevity launches with The Longevity Suite.
Brainify.AI is backed by investors including Merck Global Health Innovation Fund, Northpond Ventures and McKesson, and takes part in Harvard Innovation Labs, J&J JLABS, Merck Digital Sciences Studio and NVIDIA Inception. Its next phase is focused on scaling brain measurement across drug development, clinical care and preventive wellness — with the dataset growing and the models sharpening on every assessment.
