Our greatest challenge lay in technology medicalisation and lifestyle integration. What we have done is take closed-loop transcutaneous auricular vagus nerve stimulation (taVNS)—a clinical-grade, hospital-level technology used to treat insomnia—and miniaturise it into sleek, compact ear and wrist wearables.
Furthermore, we had to overcome the industry-wide problem of “”hardware-enforced data silos.”” To resolve this, ZenoWell designed an interconnected ecosystem rather than just a standalone hardware gadget. We built a proprietary, generative AI health assistant driven by a specialised neuroscience research corpus and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) technology. We overcame significant integration barriers to seamlessly ingest and cross-analyse objective third-party physiological data—such as sleep and heart metrics from ecosystems like Oura and Whoop—alongside subjective user check-ins and timestamped neuromodulation sessions.
ZenoWell is redefining the HealthTech landscape by pivoting the focus of consumer wearables from pure tracking to a profound, holistic cycle of “”Track, Understand, and Improve.”” Instead of simply displaying graphs of poor sleep, our flagship solutions actively improve user outcomes.
