Dexory is a warehouse intelligence company transforming how businesses understand and manage physical inventory. Founded in 2015 by Andrei Danescu, Oana Jinga and Adrian Negoita, the company began as BotsAndUs, developing autonomous robotics for retail and travel, stemming from a shared passion for robotics. One of its biggest challenges, and a defining moment in its growth, was identifying where its technology could solve the most valuable and urgent customer problems. s. Responding to market demand, the company entered the logistics and supply chain industry in 2021, launched its real time warehouse robot in 2022, became Dexory later that year and introduced DexoryView in 2023.
Since then, Dexory has focused on some of the most persistent challenges facing warehouses, including limited inventory visibility, labor scarcity, inefficient use of space and reliance on manual stock checks and legacy systems. Its autonomous robots, including the worlds tallest warehouse robot, capture inventory data across full height warehouse racking. Dexory robots have now completed more than one billion warehouse location scans, providing the real time operational data that powers DexoryView.
In October 2025, Dexory announced 165 million dollars in funding, including a 100 million dollar Series C, to accelerate global expansion, product development and AI powered capabilities.
The US has become central to this growth. Dexory formally launched its North American expansion in February 2024, responding to growing demand for greater warehouse visibility, efficiency and space utilisation amid ongoing labor scarcity. The company has since established its North American base in Nashville and, in March 2026, opened a 50,000 square foot US headquarters that serves as a deployment base, development centre and live demonstration environment.
Dexory now supports major organisations across the US and North America, including GXO, Maersk, DHL, NFI, ODW Logistics, Flexport, Iron Mountain, Stellantis and GE Appliances. Its technology is helping retailers, manufacturers, distributors and logistics providers improve inventory accuracy, productivity, space utilization and operational resilience.
