About Syncro
Syncro was founded in May 2025 in Italy to simplify one of the most fragmented experiences people face today: moving to a new country or city.
People relocating internationally often need housing, visa and residency support, tax and legal guidance, local professionals, work related services and practical help with daily life. These services are usually spread across different websites, agencies and informal communities. Syncro brings them together in one digital platform designed specifically for expats, international professionals, families and remote workers.
Since launch, we have built a working platform that combines verified professionals, medium term housing, local experiences, mentoring and practical relocation content. We are also developing smarter matching and automation to connect each user with the most relevant services based on destination and individual needs.
Building Syncro has required us to overcome the challenges of creating a multi sided marketplace from zero, coordinating different categories of service providers, developing trust and verification processes, and creating a product that can work across different countries and regulatory environments.
The project has already attracted around 600 users during the pre launch phase and has received approximately EUR 30,000 through innovation grants and public funding. We have invested approximately EUR 50,000 in developing the platform and its technology.
Our contribution to the SaaS ecosystem is the creation of a vertical digital infrastructure for international relocation. Instead of offering another isolated service, Syncro connects multiple parts of the relocation journey through one scalable platform.
Our next stage is focused on AI powered matching, automation and a digital concierge capable of understanding user needs and guiding people through their relocation journey while connecting them with the right verified professionals and services.
