To me, Caribbean food means good vibes and happy memories!
Maybe it’s because my grandmother comes from the Isle of Spice (Grenada) that I love spices so much. Or, maybe it’s because whenever my family would meet up at my grandmothers home, the smell of the dishes created using island spices would fill the air. Either way, these spices would mean good food was soon to be enjoyed!
I truly believe that Caribbean cuisine is one of the best out there and I think more people need to know about it and to try it.
