The sites we design are built on our proprietary platform that has been developed through 20 years of eCommerce experience.

What do you think makes the company unique?

We’re the only agency in the UK that offers both our own platform AND one of the biggest performance marketing teams in the country – all in-house. We have a totally flexible approach that means whether customers use our platform, our marketing services – or both – they are benefitting from the deep expertise of over 100 technology experts and over 100 performance marketers.

What I mean by that is that we use the vast knowledge of each team to improve each other’s products and services. Who better than performance marketing experts to help inform how an eCommerce platform should evolve to maximise the latest marketing tools and technologies? And vice versa, access to our own platform gives our digital marketers even greater insight on the inner workings of eCommerce tech and how they can better leverage it to improve marketing results – even for our customers that are using other platforms.

We truly believe this is something really special and is why we have so many long-standing partnerships with our clients.


How has the company evolved over the last couple of years?

Following the investment we secured in 2020 from our growth partners Livingbridge, exciting things have been happening at Visualsoft. We’ve focussed funding largely on growing our technical capabilities by adding many new development roles, including a new CTO and VP of Product who are driving continuous improvements to our platform.

We are also strengthening our team across the business, and while we are proud to employ such a large number of skilled developers and marketers in the North East, we are also excited to be expanding across the UK more broadly having recently opened an office in central London as we welcome new talent into the business.

What can we hope to see from Visualsoft in the future?

We have invested heavily in upgrading our platform and have exciting advancements coming to market soon that will enable us to build even more beautiful storefronts, with all the eCommerce features customers need. I can’t say too much about it just now, but definitely watch this space!

And when it comes to the dynamic world of performance marketing, new service development is constantly being considered to meet the growing needs of our clients. In particular, we are actively looking at the capabilities of AI and how it will impact our important creative media work and of course the world of digital advertising and search. In eCommerce, one thing is for certain, we’re never standing still.
