Tell us about Gegidze
Gegidze is a unique consulting group that works with outstanding entrepreneurs to build a better future of business. We are a group of individuals driven by curiosity, and we engage with projects we believe in and want to support.
Gegidze is a self-developing, learning organisation that aims to represent Georgia and its intellectual resources on an international level. The name Gegidze is my family name and was chosen for the business as a manifesto of quality, relationship, and trust – it also, we hope, will foster and build a legacy for my daughter that follows these guiding principles for future generations.

What do you think makes Gegidze unique?
The people and the culture we’re building at Gegidze are what make us unique. We have a mindset that is built on trust, willingness to grow, and genuine care for our team members, clients, and everyone around us.
The feeling of safety, support, and camaraderie within our organisation is quite something. I don’t like to throw around the term family when it comes to work. We are not a family, but we are a true team that can be trusted unconditionally.

How has the company evolved over the last couple of years?
Gegidze has evolved significantly over the past couple of years. We’ve grown from a three-person company to over 400 people, employing talent across 10 countries. As we’ve matured, we’ve been able to pass on our knowledge and expertise to our teams, who are now taking on more responsibility and really drive innovation. We’ve seen more opportunities open up as our clients and partners have come to trust us deeply. It’s been fascinating to be a part of a journey of discovery and growth – we’ve gone from playing with unskilled players to now competing in a serious, mature league.
What can we hope to see from Gegidze in the future?
In the coming years, we plan to continue expanding our presence in the UK, US, and Nordic countries. We’ll be adding more sophisticated services to help our clients, such as providing liquidity financing and digital solutions to support the transformation of SMEs. We’re also developing our own projects in the areas of sustainability, FinTech, and logistics, as we believe these are important areas where we can contribute to the global society and our region.
