How did you get Involved with ActiveCampaign?

My technology career included working several years at Facebook as it scaled its international business across EMEA and APAC. Most recently I led Glassdoor’s international business so have quite a lot of experience in scaling tech companies. Marketing has always been a core focus, and as ActiveCampaign is currently in a state of hyper growth, it seemed like the perfect fit.

How has the Company Evolved during the Pandemic?

In total we have 150,000+ customers, over 60,000 of which were onboarded during the pandemic. Many of the companies we serve are the SMBs and entrepreneurs who might have closed their physical shops or had to stop face to face training and needed to go online to connect with customers and be able to sell. We also work with larger enterprises so we’re always cognizant of adding new tools that work for both smaller businesses and those at the other end of the scale.

During this time we’ve added new integrations like Facebook Messenger, Zendesk Sell and Twilio SMS. We also announced a new growth accelerator program where best-in class software providers who can deliver their solution to our high customer standards are exhibited in ActiveCampaign’s Customer Success Commitment program, making it easier for customers to find them. Partners in the inaugural group include project management tool Asana, Eventbrite for event management, Squarespace for website building and finally Zoom, which has become ubiquitous for virtual meetings.

What can we Expect to see from ActiveCampaign in the Future?

One of the main reasons why customers use ActiveCampaign is because of the time that our automations can save them. We recently revealed that over the last 12 months our customers have saved 38.4 million hours using our automations.

We’re really committed to helping our customers grow, so we’ll also continue investing in our customer success, partners and expanding geographically. Customers can also expect more integrations with best-in class apps and software so they can create a holistic marketing, sales and support machine for their business.
