The Ring Professional Programme app offers simple training modules as well as product and installation videos to get members up to speed as quickly as possible on the products Ring offers as well as the set-up process. Members also have a direct line to the team at Ring, who will be on hand to provide support and answer any questions they may have.
Alongside these, there are also partnership benefits for installers who sign up for the Ring Professional Programme. In order to offer more commercial benefits to members, Ring is working closely with industry partners to bring exclusive discounts and offers, not only on Ring products but also on related goods and services designed to suit the specific needs of programme members. For example, installers could put their points earned on the Ring Professional Programme towards a discounted rate for a local Facebook campaign through partners ‘Let’s Run Marketing’. Members can also enjoy 25% off tool insurance and make use of a free online tool inventory app with ARMD Insurance, who specialise in protecting tradespeople and their property and recently teamed up with Ring to create a protection package in a bid to combat the threat of van and tool theft.
