How did you come up with the idea for the company?

There are three very unique aspects that drive ARP Ideas.

Firstly, we are a developer-led company focused on true digital transformation for our clients. Our developers are experts in examining the current state of a client’s system and helping translate their business needs into technical solutions.

Secondly, our dedicated and qualified team of IT consultants, developers and technology enthusiasts specialise in building and integrating business applications as well as implementing, configuring and modifying Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft SharePoint and the use of the Azure platform.

Thirdly, we go beyond the supplier/customer relationship. We are partners to the companies we work with. We give the utmost attention to our customers, focusing on their needs, going beyond just problem-solving to find a way to solve business issues with technology.


How has the company evolved over the last couple of years?

For over a decade, ARP Ideas has been supporting our partners in the field of Microsoft technologies and in the current period, we have achieved 20% yearly growth and working with over 50 projects across 30 customers in the last two years.

A core focus for us this year is really expanding into the European market, outside of Poland. The new era of remote working has opened new opportunities for us as a company, further enabling our expansion and helping us realise our goal of being a fully global company. Our initial expansion has already begun in Europe, including the UK where we have started working with some dedicated partners.

One of our flagship implementations from the last couple of years is the customer and omnichannel systems we created for ECCO, one of the biggest shoe manufacturers in Europe. We successfully created a solution to help ECCO manage communications with its customers across 400 shops, 19 countries and 16 different languages.

What can we hope to see from ARP Ideas in the future?


This year, ARP Ideas will be focusing more on helping our partners with their CRM strategies and helping them implement their CRM solutions as outsourcing digital skills continues to be crucial to our partners with the digital skills gap continuing to be an issue in the IT sector.

We also continue to go above and beyond for our partners by acting as an extension of their digital team and filling the gaps they don’t have their own expertise for.
