Tell us about Jitterbit
Jitterbit is a global SaaS leader focused on accelerating business transformation using application development, integration and automation. It is a global company that spans across North America, EMEA, LATAM and APAC.

What do you think makes Jitterbit unique?
Jitterbit’s platform is unique as it combines iPaaS, API-M, EDI and low code app development. In a recent market research report, conducted by Jitterbit, which surveyed 400 founders and ‘C’-level executives in the UK, Spain, German and Sweden, we uncovered that 77% strongly agreed or agreed somewhat, that not all software solutions, platforms and technologies are fully integrated. In addition, 8 out of 10 of the respondents agreed that business automation is essential for scaling their businesses.
Implementing Jitterbit’s platform makes integration easy and full business automation possible, allowing emerging enterprises to scale efficiently. It delivers up to 80% faster results than custom-coded integrations, an average return on investment in under a year, and its integrated low code application development feature platform accelerates application development by 10x.

How has the company evolved over the last couple of years?
Following two acquisitions that provided EDI and low-code app development, the technology has been integrated into the Jitterbit platform. By providing this functionality, in addition to iPaaS and API-M capabilities, we have been able to assist organisations, which can have 1,000 plus applications but typically only 25% of them are integrated.
Jitterbit is now able to support organisations to quickly integrate applications as well as deliver workflow automation in order to support companies to increase their competitiveness and reduce time-to-value of their investments.
What can we hope to see from Jitterbit in the future?
This month (June 2024) Jitterbit started to lay out its vision of building a platform which will be an Ai-infused technology platform. As our CEO, Bill Conner, said “It’s not about AI hype. It’s how we infuse AI into low-code. It’s an evolution, not a revolution, and Customers can travel at their own choice, at their own risk and their own speed or pace.”
Ultimately, we want to take integration, automation and application development and infuse AI into all our platform functionality.
We also recently announced this month a premium support model. This will offer customers the ability to phone in around the world and get advanced support. We have also started to build out a global support model around ‘follow the sun.’
What all of us at Jitterbit would like to deliver to our clients is best-in-class product and service capabilities that will future proof not only their technology investment but will also enable their companies to address the challenges that will be presented to them via new global operating environments combined with the possibilities of what AI can deliver.
