FRANK AI launched in Dubai in February 2026 to give independent real estate brokers the infrastructure normally available only inside large brokerages. It is a subscription based Agent Operating System live on web, iOS and Android. One account combines leads, listings, off plan and secondary market intelligence, CRM, website creation, social media automation, developer access, transaction support, academy, media and concierge services.
The company moved from testing between February and May into commercial growth. FRANK now serves 140 paid subscribers, has enabled AED 40 million plus in property transactions and has generated AED 1.7 million in revenue since launch with AED 400,000 in gross profit. A 16 person team supports product, commercial operations and member success.
The major challenge was not simply building software, but connecting fragmented data, workflows, developer relationships and transaction infrastructure into one coherent operating environment. FRANK overcame this by combining proprietary AI with 41 years of real estate data and real market distribution. It now connects brokers to 500 developers and 120 FFSM relationship managers.
FRANK is expanding the SaaS category beyond isolated CRM tools. It gives independent brokers the ability to operate as business owners from one subscription, while developers gain a structured distribution channel. The long term vision is for any FRANK member to access opportunities and operate across global property markets through one trusted commercial identity and platform.
FRANK was built with more than AED 3 million of founder capital and is now scaling across the GCC.
