About Rivetway
Rivetway is a transport and mixed fleet SaaS platform built to help operators manage jobs, vehicles, drivers, compliance and customer reporting without forcing them through a complicated field service system.
The platform has been developed during 2026 from direct frontline experience in the transport industry. The problem behind Rivetway was simple: smaller and medium sized operators often have important information spread across paper forms, spreadsheets, messages, separate compliance systems and disconnected apps. That creates duplicated work, missed information and unnecessary administration for both drivers and office staff.
Rivetway brings those workflows together in one platform. Office teams can manage jobs, vehicles, staff, defects, breakdowns, documents, compliance, training and customer reporting. Drivers use a mobile first app for daily checks, defects, job updates, timesheets, expenses and vehicle information. Customers can receive the information intended for them without being exposed to internal operational workflows.
The product is designed around minimum entry and maximum useful output. Drivers should not have to type the same information repeatedly, and office teams should be able to see what needs attention quickly. Rivetway also supports mixed fleets and businesses that do more than traditional haulage, including maintenance, drainage and service operations where vehicles, people, jobs and compliance still need to be managed together.
A major challenge has been building a broad operational platform while keeping the experience simple. Rather than adding features for the sake of feature count, Rivetway has been repeatedly simplified around real workflows such as Job to Arrive to Start to Report to Sign Off to Complete, vehicle checks, defect management and breakdown return to service.
Rivetway is now moving toward full beta testing. The next stage is to prove the platform with real operators, strengthen integrations with telematics and other transport systems, and grow through direct subscriptions and white label partnerships.
The wider goal is to show that powerful SaaS for transport does not need to be difficult to use or built only for very large fleets. Rivetway is being built for the businesses that still carry a heavy compliance and administration burden but are often underserved by enterprise software.
