Embedded finance innovator AAZZUR has won the Pitch Competition at Mastercard’s Fintech Forum 2024.
At Berlin’s The Factory, the “Meet the NextGen Innovators” event brought together six of the region’s most exciting startups to pitch to a panel of industry judges. These six finalists were selected from over 350 startups considered by the Mastercard team.
The fintech firm’s pitch showcased its groundbreaking work in embedded finance orchestration, and its comprehensive ecosystem that includes BaaS/CaaS providers and API-based fintech services.
By plugging into this ecosystem, companies of all stripes can create an entirely new mobile banking app from scratch or enhance their existing offering within weeks via AAZZUR’s modular smart platform, adding everything from budgeting tools to insurance and carbon offset programmes in order to make their customers’ lives better.
The judges were particularly impressed with the company’s vision and business model; that creates efficiencies, industrialises fintech deployment and adds critical value around vendor independence and AI use case enablement.
