Kat Wellum-Kent is the founder of Fractional Finance, the specialist financial team that works with tech start-ups and scale-ups to achieve business excellence. Fractional wants to work with one kind of client: entrepreneurs who are fired up, driven, and fuelled by purpose. If this sounds like you, then you can expect to receive incredible expertise from Kat, who is a multi-award-winning specialist and has been featured in the Top 50 Women in Accounting twice. With two decades’ worth of financial and business experience, 16 years of which was served with one of the Big Four, Kat achieves results.

Namrata Sandhu, CEO and Co-Founder at Vaayu
Namrata is the CEO and Co-Founder of Vaayu, the world’s first automated software empowering brands and businesses within the retail ecosystem to track and cut their carbon and environmental impact in real-time. Over her 20-year career, she’s spent time at the International Business Leaders Forum, working for the United Nations Forum on Forests, KPMG, the Arcadia Group and leading global retailer Zalando. Namrata launched Vaayu with the goal of putting carbon at the forefront of decision-making by providing real-time data to empower retailers to avoid 1 gigaton of carbon emissions by 2030.

Kimberley Waldron, Co-founder of SkyParlour
An award-winning advisor and entrepreneur, a PR expert with 15 years in the tech industry, Kimberley hosts the popular Future of Banking podcast, chairs the Manchester Fintech committee and is a long-term mentor for Rise by Barclays, Fintech Alliance and Global Tech Connect. A regular on stage at events like Web Summit, Fintech Week London, Finance Magnates and Fintech North, Kimberley’s insight also features in publications such as Fintech Magazine, Payments Expert, Verdict and The Fintech Power50 journal. Kimberley is board advisor to several exciting Fintech start-ups including ekko, Lemon, Payful and others soon to be announced.
