About Bitsmiths Studio LLC

Bitsmiths Studio builds production software for owner-operator businesses, the companies that run on their software every day rather than demo it to investors. We are a product studio rather than an agency that ships pages, and almost everything we build carries real operating weight: payments, background jobs, integrations, and data that has to stay correct years later.

We started in 2022 and formalised as a Wyoming LLC in 2024. Twelve products have shipped since then, across flight booking, medical education, student housing, ecommerce, SEO tooling and wholesale marketplaces.

What sets us apart is that we think like the business we are building for, not like a vendor closing a ticket. A US business class flight agency came to us with agents manually searching more than thirty booking sites for every customer request. We replaced that with one search layer over multiple fare sources. A US student housing platform needed bidding across three different user types – students, landlords and parents, with payments, messaging and verification attached, and it has now served live traffic almost every day for over a year. A medical education platform we built reached three thousand users and a thirty percent conversion rate within four months. An SEO product we maintain tracks keywords at a cost of roughly nine cents each.

The hardest thing we have overcome is our own delivery model. In April 2026 we moved the entire team to AI-first delivery, with agent tooling as the default layer for engineering work rather than something bolted on beside it. Everyone was working that way within a week. The result was that capacity stopped tracking headcount. When two people moved on we chose not to replace either of them, and we lowered our prices while margins improved, because the same team now carries roughly twice the project load it used to. The uncomfortable lesson, which we say publicly, is that the bottleneck moves rather than disappears: once producing code stops being the constraint, reviewing and judging it becomes the constraint, and most teams do not staff for that.

Our impact on the US ecosystem is concentrated in the businesses that rarely get engineering attention. Our US clients are not funded startups chasing a round. They are operators: a flight booking agency, a student housing marketplace, an SEO platform, who need software that works on Monday morning and keeps working. Those companies usually choose between an offshore shop that ships something unmaintainable and an agency priced for venture capital. We are trying to be the third option, and the AI shift is what makes that price point sustainable rather than charitable.

Growth from here is more of the same client, deeper. We are expanding the US operator base, productising the internal tooling we have rebuilt several times for different clients, and hiring against judgement rather than raw output, because that is now the scarce thing.
