Olga Noha is Chief Marketing Officer at SplitMetrics, a startup specialising in app growth solutions offering an ecosystem of products and services to help mobile-first companies grow faster and easier.

Olga has over 17 years of experience in building and scaling B2B marketing functions for global tech companies to help them grow faster. She is an expert in creating and go-to-market strategies that drive revenue, and amplify lead generation, and brand awareness. Olga played an important role in SplitMetrics’ recent acquisition of App Radar to create the industry’s largest platform providing AI-powered services including paid user acquisition (UA), app store optimisation (ASO), conversion rate optimisation and data analytics.

Prior to joining SplitMetrics, she spent six years “boots on the ground”, building out and scaling the global marketing function at Creatio (a no-code platform to automate workflows and CRM) when the company decided to expand its operations to the US and global markets.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Olga is an active member of the CMO community, recognized among The 101 Top B2B Marketing Influencers of 2023, 2022 by Renegate.com in partnership with CMO Huddles, included into the list of Fearless 50 Customer-led Marketing Leaders issued by Influitive, and recognized as a winner of The Global CMO of the Year 2020 Award, issued by Enterprise IT World.

She holds a Master of Science degree from the National Technical University of Ukraine and completed programs at Harvard Business School and Northwestern University.
