What Gap Has Ignite Insurance Brokers Ltd. Filled In the Market?

I would like to think that our customer service approach to our clients is still one of the best in the market. We answer the phone within 3 rings, we reply to emails within minutes not days and we always call back when we say we are going too. Basic customer service that most companies just don’t offer. We also have staff with lots of experience and there isn’t much we haven’t insured over the years!

How Has Ignite Insurance Brokers Ltd. Evolved Or Scaled Throughout 2025, and What Milestones Stand Out From This Year?

We have grown every year since we started and have seen some 40% growth so far for 2025. One of our aims for 25 was to educate the world on the importance of Cyber Liability Insurance and we have put extensive time and effort into our social media channels and website including implementing a Cyber Fit Assessment for business’s on our Cyber Liability page on the website and this has resulted in a good take up in policies.

What Are Your Strategic Priorities for 2026, and How Do You Plan To Build On Your Current Momentum?

We want to continue on the same path that we had for 2025, the team are building on their existing client bases and we are also keen to continue offering our best in class covers for the Tech Sector: Specialist Professional Indemnity Insurance, Public & Employers Liability, Cyber, Directors & Officers Insurance and IP Infringement Cover.
