About MYQER™
MYQER is an Emergency Information Access platform designed to make critical information instantly accessible when every second matters.
Unlike traditional medical ID solutions, MYQER combines two QR technologies within a single profile. A live online QR always displays the user’s latest emergency information, while a unique offline QR stores essential emergency information directly inside the QR itself, allowing access even without internet connectivity. Emergency profiles are also available in 26 languages with automatic language detection, helping responders, carers and bystanders understand vital information wherever they are in the world.
MYQER was never created to replace healthcare records or emergency services. It was designed to bridge the gap between people needing urgent help and the information required to act quickly and confidently.
The idea was born after my two year old daughter, Gia, experienced a life threatening allergic reaction. Existing solutions did not meet our family’s needs, so I built MYQER specifically for her. What began as a deeply personal solution has since evolved into a platform now supporting users across more than 14 countries.
Today, MYQER serves individuals, families and organisations, with dedicated solutions for education and workplaces. It provides multilingual emergency access without requiring responders to download an app or create an account, while maintaining user privacy and giving individuals full control over their information.
The platform has gained recognition through innovation programmes and national awards, including being named a UK StartUp Awards Finalist, recognised in the Big Issue Changemaker 100, shortlisted for Female Innovator of the Year, NatWest SE 100, and invited into multiple innovation and funding programmes supporting health innovation.
MYQER’s vision is to make emergency information as universally accessible as first aid itself. Whether someone is at school, travelling abroad, at work or attending a public event, the right information should be available immediately, in the right language, even when technology or connectivity fail.
