About CaseCraft.AI

CaseCraft.AI is a UK-based, AI-native litigation platform that helps individuals and businesses file and manage a wide range of claims through the UK courts. It addresses a structural gap in access to justice: individuals and businesses may have valid legal claims, but in lower-value disputes, the cost of instructing a solicitor can be disproportionate to the amount at stake. On the small claims track, legal costs are generally not recoverable, making professional representation economically impractical for many claimants.

CaseCraft turns that gap into a software problem. The platform guides users through pre-action steps, evidence preparation and court filing, transforming what is typically a slow, complex and confusing legal process into an accessible, structured and largely self-service journey.

The company has raised approximately £1.8 million across three funding rounds, with backing from investors including Mount Venture Capital Fund and Data Mining Technologies. Since launching in January 2026, the platform has recorded 4,562 matters with a cumulative claim value of £14.9 million. Of these, 51% have either settled or resulted in default judgment, while 373 matters are currently subject to active legal work. The company is also piloting its first enterprise deployments and testing an Employment Law MVP.

CaseCraft.AI is building infrastructure for a process that has traditionally relied on fragmented manual work and specialist legal support. Its AI does more than draft documents or answer legal questions: it manages the workflow around each matter, combining legal knowledge, evidence, case data and human oversight. This is what distinguishes CaseCraft from a generic AI wrapper: the technology sits within the operational infrastructure of litigation, with workflows, controls and review mechanisms designed specifically for a high-risk domain.

The broader impact is a shift in what can be delivered through SaaS. CaseCraft is not simply making an existing legal service faster; it is making a category of lower-value claims more economically viable for consumers, while building infrastructure that can support legal work at greater scale. Its expansion into enterprise workflows and additional areas of law points towards a broader model for turning complex legal processes into structured, scalable software.

The company expects to launch an employment disputes platform in late 2026 and is also planning to develop a personal injury claims platform in partnership with a leading City law firm specialising in the sector.
