Track3D was founded in January 2022 by Chaitanya Naredla Krishna, Kiran Gutta and Vineeth Kumar to address a major challenge in physical world monitoring known as the progress insight gap. Construction projects collect massive amounts of visual data through cameras and drones, but up to 80 percent of jobsite imagery is never used to make decisions. Legacy tools rely on manual documentation processing that takes days and requires complex building models before providing basic estimates.
Track3D created a new software category called Reality Intelligence to solve this problem. The hardware-agnostic platform uses artificial intelligence and 3D computer vision to translate raw visual data into schedule-aligned, quantified progress metrics within six hours, operating off standard 2D blueprints with no complex setup required.
Since entering the market, Track3D has transformed how major commercial builders operate. The company raised $14.3 million in total funding, including a $10 million Series A led by Ironspring Ventures and Zacua Ventures. The platform is deployed across more than 400 active projects with industry leaders such as Hensel Phelps and Performance Contracting Group. On a major $300 million airport project at San Francisco International Airport, Track3D delivered $342,000 in verified direct labour savings, eliminated 2,964 manual coordination hours, and prevented major reworks.
