About Bo Jackson
Bo Jackson graduated from the University of Leeds with a 2:1 in social policy and crime. A passionate rugby player, she was captain of the Leeds University Women’s Rugby Team which helped her develop leadership and people management skills, learning to adapt to change quickly. After four years in customer success in leading tech companies, Bo joined monday.com’s team in March 2022. As the enterprise success manager, she helps the company’s biggest clients, including Genpact, Thoughtworks, and Telefonica, make the most out of monday.com’s agile work operating system.
Bo is a highly motivated and ambitious self-starter, efficiently working independently or as part of the team. A confident communicator with natural leadership skills and a customer-centric approach, she’s adored by her team and clients alike.
