Recent research by online office agency Free Office Finder have asked office workers and businesses ‘what’s the most vital elements to consider, for when searching for suitable office space?’ The study found:

- 24% want to be close to public transport
- 20% of respondents would look at the overall cost
- 15% say natural lighting is essential
- 13% specified on-site car parking as an important factor
