Founded in 2013 – co-CEOs Anthony Young and Scott Nicholson are on a mission to make the company the UK’s top cyber security provider of choice, watching over and protecting the critical national infrastructure (CNI) services that keep the country running. Clients have included Manchester Airport Group as well as also bolstering security for the UK Census.
In the longer term, Bridewell want to replicate this mission on an international scale, delivering modern cyber security services to the most important CNI services worldwide. Last year, Bridewell opened an office in Houston’s energy corridor – an important milestone on this journey.
Given the ongoing tech and cyber skills shortage, Bridewell also has ambitious plans to train the next generation of cyber talent. Currently, they work with the Cyber Schools Hub and Cyber Colleges Cymru, where they aim to inspire upcoming cyber talent and ensure anyone interested in cyber security has the resources available to pursue their passion. Over the next decade, they will expand their work with schools, colleges and universities to send the message out to people from all backgrounds that cyber security is a viable career path for all.

• Opening its state-of-the-art, 24/7 Security Operations Centre (SOC), providing rapid identification and response to threats.
• Experiencing a remarkable 607% increase in headcount since 2019.
• Recognised as a leading worldwide security partner by Microsoft, achieving Microsoft Gold Partner Status.
• Becoming the first UK cyber security organisation to achieve carbon net zero, in accordance with recognised standards.
• Achieving numerous certifications including NCSC, CREST, ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 – and recently one of the first level 2 NCSC CIR Assured Service Providers.
