About Seismic

Founded in 2010, Seismic is the global leader in enablement technology which helps organisations engage customers, enable teams, and ignite revenue growth. Using AI, the Seismic Enablement Cloud™ is the most powerful, unified enablement platform that equips customer-facing teams with the right skills, content, tools, and insights to grow and win. Working with some of the world’s largest enterprises to startups and small businesses, more than 2,000 organisations around the globe trust Seismic for their enablement needs and have adopted the platform’s AI features.

Seismic has led the way in AI-powered enablement since 2015 by developing innovative capabilities that empower customer-facing teams to achieve go-to-market efficiency. Starting with Predictive Content, Seismic’s first solution powered by machine learning and automation, Seismic’s AI engine, Aura, launched in 2021 to help sellers navigate content discovery with context-driven insights that drive deals forward.

In the past year, Seismic has furthered its commitment to investment in AI-powered enablement by unveiling its vision for generative AI in enablement: to help GTM organisations be more efficient and effective by accelerating content development, automating meeting preparation, summarisation and follow-up, and personalising coaching at scale.

Specifically, the company launched Seismic for Meetings, which powers better customer experience by helping sales teams prepare, present, and follow up on meetings to accelerate and win more deals. With AI woven directly into the fabric of Seismic for Meetings, go-to-market teams receive intelligent insights that help drive stronger content and training programs.

Seismic also introduced the Aura Copilot last year, which combines the power of generative AI with Seismic data and business context to speed up content creation, generate new learning assignments and provide access to AI-generated summary answers. Over 115 of Seismic’s existing customers signed up for the Aura Copilot pilot programme and due to this high demand, four waves of pilot programmes were rolled out. Having received some great feedback from customers, Seismic is integrating their feedback into its AI product roadmap to ensure continuous updates and improvements are made.

With AI embedded into nearly every part of the Seismic platform, AI innovations are a significant revenue driver for Seismic. To oversee these developments, Seismic hired its first Vice President of AI, Yinyin Liu, in October last year. Before founding the AI startup XOKind, Yinyin was the Head of Data Science at Intel AI. At Seismic, her main priority is to identify opportunities where AI can be embedded more deeply across the sales enablement workflow. She champions an AI-first mentality within the organisation, encouraging each individual team to take a thoughtful approach by openly discussing their ideas on how AI can improve the customer or user journey – both internally and for Seismic customers.
