Meet The Judges
Andrea Oliver, CEO and Co-Founder at Emjoy
Andrea is the Co-founder and CEO of Emjoy, an intimate well-being app for women with over 400.000 users. Before that, she worked in VC, both at Nauta Capital and at Dawn Capital. In her early career she worked in the venture-building space with Rocket Internet. Andrea holds a BBA in Business from ESADE, where she is now a Startup Mentor at their accelerator. Andrea is also a Forbes 30 under 30 honouree.
Andrew Speer, Head of Partnerships and Marketing at TechRound
Andrew has been working with the Techround team since 2016 and in 2022 took on the Marketing and Partnerships role. He is fascinated in the impact that AI generated content is going to have on the market and is heavily involved in the no-code automation space streamlining process where he can. Originally from the US Andrew has worked and lived in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. He has started and run various businesses and knows the challenges facing entrepreneurs today.
