Enigma Creative Solutions Appoints Jon Gowar As New Group MD

Enigma Creative Solutions (ECS), one of the most innovative and creative design, digital, experiential and event agencies in Europe, has appointed Jon Gowar as their new Group Managing Director. Jon, having been with the company for 5 years, most recently running the ECS business operation in the US, has been appointed with immediate effect.

This new appointment follows a hugely successful last 12 months for ECS.  Success that has continued into 2023, seeing ECS design and construct installations for global leaders Accenture, Qualcomm, ARM and Dell at Mobile World Congress in February/March 2023. Other notable highlights were 8 category wins in the World Exhibition Stands Awards in Q4 2022.

Jon’s appointment allows ECS founders, Dominic Softly and Alan Surman, who will continue in their roles of Chief Executive Officer and Chief Creative Officer respectively, to focus on the development and implementation of the company’s strategic goals. These include further sustainable growth into overseas markets, the refinement and execution of ECS’ core skills and the recruitment, training, and retention of the best talent in the sector.

To complete the enhancement of Enigma’s Senior Leadership Team, Geoff Iredale has been promoted to Head of Client Services.  Geoff brings over 20 years of industry experience, on both agency and client side, working with global brands like Google and Bentley.
