mhance, the highly accredited Microsoft Solutions Partner, has completed the acquisitions of CPS and City Dynamics, marking a major milestone in the company’s growth.
The acquisitions bring together three Microsoft-focused organisations with complementary capabilities and a shared ambition to help customers adapt to a rapidly changing technology landscape. The expanded mhance group will provide broader expertise across Microsoft Business Solutions, Copilot, Modern Work, Data and Portfolio Management.
The acquisitions deepen mhance’s capabilities across its established not-for-profit, construction, distribution and manufacturing markets, while broadening the group’s reach across public, financial and professional services.
“These acquisitions are a hugely important step in mhance’s development,” said mhance CEO Chris Allan. “CPS has built one of the strongest Copilot and agent practices in the Microsoft ecosystem, while City Dynamics brings deep expertise in financial services and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Combined with mhance’s existing Dynamics 365 capabilities, these businesses enable us to support customers from their core systems through to measurable AI outcomes within one Microsoft-focused group.”
“For customers, this creates access to broader expertise across Business Solutions, Data, Copilot and Modern Work through one Microsoft-focused group. Our priority is to deliver greater value from their Microsoft investments while maintaining continuity throughout the integration,” concluded Allan.
Julian Stone, Executive Chairman of mhance, added: “The acquisitions of CPS and City Dynamics mark a transformative milestone for mhance. They strengthen our Microsoft capabilities, broaden our market reach and accelerate our growth plans. By bringing together exceptional teams, we can deliver greater value, deeper technical expertise and innovative solutions for our clients.”
