To put it simply, yes! The global video games industry is ever-changing and continues to evolve. The capabilities of developers are continuing to expand as they strive to provide players with new and exciting games to play.
Adding blockchain technology into the picture, a new category of video games has emerged. These are games which include integrated blockchain technology such as verifiable random functions and onchain digital assets, often known as blockchain games, web3 games or crypto games.

What games does Neon Link bring to the table?
Launching early this year, Neon Link have developed three games in-house as their first offering. They also intend to partner with both emerging and established game developers to increase the games in their game library. We’ve outlined the three initial games below:
Neon Punks Arcade
This is an NFT-based gaming platform centred around Neon Link’s artwork. It includes a number of mini-games catered to different levels of skill and effort. Top players can earn credits, $NEON tokens as well as other prizes such as in-game assets. It’s important to note that all transactions will be completed in $NEON tokens.
Neon Saga
This is a “one-of-a-kind mobile & browser based Tradeable Collectible Card game” in which players start with a basic deck and grow their card library. It includes over 5000 playable cards which are able to be upgraded. Here, the $NEON token will be used for card packs, venues, and amongst other things, tournaments.
Ascend the End
This is a PC-based third-person competitive shooter game which includes a variety of game modes. In this game, players need to loot chests in-game and secure resources which can be used within the game or sold through the Neon Marketplace.
