Josh Robinson – LMSUK

Josh Robinson attended the University of Portsmouth after being recommended the business school’s potential for progressing it’s students.

During the four year period in which Josh completed his degree, he was able to gain external qualifications with the Chartered Institute of Marketing. In addition to this, Josh was able to undertake a placement year and also received free office space. Some of the modules which he took as part of his degree allowed him to write about his very own business, which helped him to develop it whilst studying and gain a better understanding of business strategy.

The organisation founded by Josh started as Local Music Scene, simply by giving media attention to the local acts in and around Portsmouth. Josh and his team have now developed to run social media and shows across the United Kingdom and maintained their values, putting our local artists on as support acts for some of the UK biggest acts.
