About Caroline and The Valuable 500
The Valuable 500 is a global collective of 500 CEOs and their companies, who are innovating together for disability inclusion.
The collective believes in the colossal power of many – even the simplest action has impact at scale. If everyone works together across the Valuable 500 collective, there is no limit to what they can achieve for business disability inclusion.
They are committed to accessibility for all and they strive to be inclusive by design. That’s why they only take part in events and experiences which are accessible to all, no matter of ability or disability.
In order to join the Valuable 500, the CEO or leader of each of the companies involved made a personal commitment to action for disability inclusion. This is what makes The Valuable 500 different – they encourage their companies to take tangible action, not just talk about inclusion.
The Valuable 500 comprises of 500 companies and 22 million employees across 64 sectors and 41 countries.
The Valuable 500 convenes, gathering together to solve problems and become catalysts for system change. They strive to connect brilliant businesses with brilliant ideas.
“We campaign to make change happen for people with disabilities. We celebrate the successes of our companies, and our team. But we’re not consultants, we don’t pretend to have all the answers. We don’t control our companies or the work they do outside of inclusion. We don’t take credit for our companies’ successes.”
