Satatland creates fashion that restores the planet for you without the hassle of owning it. Using materials that either reduce pollution or restore biodiversity, our clothes are designed in a way that they are recyclable.
Based on how often you repeat your outfits, you can chose to buy to keep for as long as you like and return for guaranteed store credits, or, rent wear once. Once the outfit is worn out we take the responsibility of recycling it.
The company was founded in 2021 and within a short span of time we have been covered by over 30 press, including Financial Times, and been ranked #2nd by TechRound in Sustainable fashion companies to watch. The company has been recognised and been on accelerator by University of the Cambridge, Virgin Startup, Crowdcube, AWS, Barclays Eagle labs and more. We’ve also received a shoutout from Sir Richard Branson as one of the most exciting startup.
Satatland has been founded by a diverse female founder, Karishma, who has been raising the startup’s first pre-seed round. She has successfully raised from leading angel investors. Fundraising is challenging for diverse female founders and raising in the current economic climate has made it even more challenging.
